Speaking at the 9th Takasaki CCI joint press conference

Masakuni Shibata, founder of ShinAI, speaking at the 9th joint press conference of the Takasaki Chamber of Commerce and Industry

On 5 December 2025, ShinAI founder Masakuni Shibata spoke at the 9th joint press conference hosted by the Takasaki Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The talk presented ShinAI's work under a single idea: using AI to give people their human hours back.

What we work on is the knowledge that stays inside a company without ever being written down. Years of judgment, skill the hands remember, documents piled up over time. All of it belongs to the company, and yet none of it is in a form anyone can pull out when it is needed. Often it simply leaves when a person does.

From our base in Takasaki, Gunma, ShinAI helps companies structure that tacit knowledge and turn it into AI that works where the work happens. Efficiency is not the goal in itself. When AI takes on information processing and routine judgment, people can return to what only people can do: creating, deciding, and building relationships. That is what we mean by optimisation.

The press release from the day is available on the Takasaki Chamber of Commerce and Industry website (in Japanese).
