Getting started
Can we talk to you without knowing much about AI?
Yes. We explain what AI can do and what it changes without reaching for jargon. It is fine to arrive unsure about what could be handed over.
In the free consultation we listen to what is troubling you and suggest where AI could help.
Where should we begin?
We start by mapping the daily work that takes the most time. Data entry, answering enquiries, preparing documents. There are usually more of these than people expect.
Coming to us at the "we do not know where to start" stage is genuinely welcome. We listen to the work and suggest an easy place to begin.
How long does it take to get something running?
It depends on scale and purpose, but a small prototype can sometimes take shape in as little as two weeks.
Because we build small, confirm, then widen in stages, you get a sense of whether it works early on.
Cost and rollout
What does it cost?
It varies a great deal with purpose and scale, so our default is to confirm the effect with a prototype first and widen from there. That keeps the initial investment low.
We will propose a plan that fits your budget and situation. Tell us about it in a free consultation.
Can smaller companies or sole traders adopt this?
Yes. Cloud AI infrastructure has matured to the point where smaller companies and independent operators can adopt it without strain.
We start small at a scale that suits you and widen as the effect is confirmed, so the early burden stays low while you find out whether it works.
What kind of effect can we expect?
It depends on the use. For routine work such as data entry and document preparation, there have been cases of cutting roughly 60 to 80 percent of the time spent. The figure shifts with the work, so we are careful not to proceed on inflated expectations.
We build the means of measuring the effect alongside the system, so you can check it against what it costs.
How we build
What does "starting from a prototype" mean?
Traditional development required every requirement to be settled up front. AI covers such a wide range of possibility that settling everything first can be difficult in itself.
So we build small, test it against the real work, and extend as the results come in. Early risk stays contained while the thing grows into something that fits the floor.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
Yes. We design on the assumption of connecting to your current work and tools through APIs, webhooks, RPA and similar.
Customer support linked to your CRM, demand forecasting linked to your core systems. We build it in while changing your current flow as little as possible.
Is there support after go-live?
There is. The period right after launch gets the closest attention, and we stay with you until the floor is comfortable with the new tool.
After that we continue regular monitoring and accuracy improvement, aiming for a state where your own people can run and improve it. The shape of the support adjusts to your situation.
By industry
Which industries can use this?
Manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare and welfare, education, finance, real estate. There is an application in any sector. The fit tends to be strongest wherever documents, conversations and work records have accumulated.
The specifics by sector are gathered on the Industries page.
Could you give an example in manufacturing?
Putting a veteran's inspection and adjustment decisions into words so they can be shared, plus detecting early signs of failure from operating data, and demand forecasting.
Giving grounds and repeatability to judgments that used to rest on instinct reduces both variation in quality and the weight of handover.
How does this apply in healthcare and welfare?
Mostly in shaping internal documents and case records so they can be cited with their sources, which cuts double-checking and enquiries. It also helps in back-office work such as assisting with record entry and streamlining appointment management.
We design it as a tool that lightens the load on the floor, always with a human making the final call.
We are not sure it suits our work.
We listen to the specifics of your work and identify where it could apply. If we judge that it does not suit you, we will say so plainly.
Our services
How does the free consultation work?
Online, around 30 to 45 minutes. We begin by listening to your current difficulties and the state you want to reach. No preparation is needed.
On the call we set out a direction for using AI and how it would proceed.
What solutions do you offer?
Three pillars, combined to suit the purpose: unlocking tacit knowledge, private AI agent development, and hands-on support for AI-driven transformation. Alongside them, we carry out research and development in physical AI.
What each involves and how it proceeds is on the Solutions page.
What is physical AI?
AI that works with movement and signals from the real world rather than documents and conversations. How a skilled worker's hand moves, how much pressure they apply, the sound and vibration of a machine running — information that was never put into words. We capture it with sensors and use methods such as reinforcement learning to make it something a machine can work with.
We treat this as a research and proof-of-concept area, developed jointly with companies that have a real site, starting from small trials. There is more on the Solutions page.
Where does a physical AI trial begin?
With a few weeks of feasibility work: whether the data can be captured at all, and whether the accuracy would be enough for the work. If the prospect does not hold up at that stage, we say so plainly.
You do not need to bring in new equipment or robots. We start by working out together how much can be learned from the machines and cameras you already have.
How do you approach security?
We design in layers, with data encryption, access control, logging and audit as the baseline. Where requirements call for it we build on-premise or in a private cloud.
In training and operation alike we hold to anonymisation and minimal use of data, and we keep a person making the final decision.
Other
Do we need to assign a dedicated person?
Not necessarily. Because we work alongside you, the shift to running it yourselves can happen in stages that suit your structure. Having someone who understands the work involved does make the result fit the floor more closely.
When is the right time to get in touch?
Recognising the problem is enough. Since we start small and confirm the effect, we can help design the approach itself even before requirements are settled.
How accurate is the AI?
It varies with the use and the design. Because we measure the effect on a prototype and improve from there, we can keep tuning towards the accuracy the work actually requires.
Does it need maintenance after launch?
Work and knowledge keep changing, so ideally what the system has learned keeps being updated. We offer operational support and maintenance plans, and will propose a way of continuing that does not strain you.
If a question remains, we would like to hear it.
We will work through your current difficulties together. It is fine if nothing is settled yet.
